Equally important though, it’s wise to look for people whose personalities will mesh well with you/others on your team. You’re going to spend a lot of time and effort with the people you work with, so it’s important that everyone can get along with each other well. After all, selling is all about building relationships with your team and your customers, so make sure your sales teams are good at it.
