Yes, we’ve been around a while. As you learn about the history of RS&I, you'll come to find we are a privately owned, national sales and distribution company with a 45-year track record of success, which speaks for itself. Currently, our primary expertise is in the development and administration of authorized dealership programs.

Founded in the late 1960s, we have grown to include nine full-service sales and distribution centers serving a network of more than 3,000 independent retailers throughout the western United States.

Authorized dealership opportunities in satellite TV, internet, and home automation services are the backbone of our business. They are complemented by opportunities in phone services and commercial and consumer electronics. As a pioneer in these fields, we know how to bring these products and services to market in an efficient and profitable way – which greatly benefits our current network of retailers.
